The spices and flavors of traditional Indian food are purees. Similarly to the subcontinent’s language and culture variety, India’s cuisine style differs from region to region. On the surface, samosas are crisp, but on the inside, they’re flavorful and moist. The pastry is traditionally made using Maida flour and ghee, however, filo pastry can also be used!
You may use minced beef and spinach for the filling, and infuse it with garam masala and other spices.
The savory meal can be eaten on its own or served as a side dish with chutney and yoghurt.
Samosas also come in a sweet version with fruit fillings including mango, cherry, and almonds.
